Description | Makes the labyrinths of Gehennom less boring. |
Levels are in general more open, more varied, hopefully more interesting to explore, and vary with depth. The aim is to reduce the boring parts without departing too much from Vanilla.

my game is dead (can't build or compile) for now but this patch is one that I will be adding as soon as I get my game to build again. Perhaps adding nethack patches to slashem is the problem. L's terrain patch TOTALLY screwed me, and adding clockwork/incantifier from dnethack didn't help either.[Quote]

Otherwise great patch, but there's a small bug in it that prevents the generation of the Amulet of Yendor. (in priest.c, on_level(&sanctum_level, &u.uz) fails)[Quote]

If I had to restrict myself to using a single patch, this would be it. It does a fantastic job of making random, yet infinitely more interesting versions of Gehennom. The ghost towns, flooded levels, and extra lava are all particularily great.[Quote] |
